 Tenant Verification Includes:

• Identification of applicant
• Credit Report Screening
• Verification of Employment
• Verification of Rental History
• Criminal Background Search

 Lease Completion

• tenants will complete a tailored lease agreement
• handle all proper disclosures including lead based paint and mold disclosures.
