    Nesa Kleinheksel is president and owner of 9 Mile Trolley Realty - The Loft Stop. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 2002. Her knowledge of what it takes to manage individual properties is based on experience of managing over 50 properties since 2009.  Her Company is a small boutique firm that can give you, the property and the tenant more attention than what you would find with a larger management company. Nesa is available 24/7  and is always accessible to answer any concerns and questions that you may have but her goal is to ensure that managing your property is hassle free throughout the lease term.

  • Michele Cerrito, Director of Operations

    Michele is a vital part of our team as our Director of Operations with 9 Mile Trolley Realty – The Loft Stop. Michele started her property management career in 2005 by traveling the United States setting up marketing and leasing multi- housing property with vacancy and occupancy issues, she was a top tier leasing and marketing specialist with a 98% closing ratio and a proven track record of driving traffic into the properties. In December 2008 with encouragement from Nesa she obtained her Real Estate License and began her career in single family and loft/condo listing, leasing and sales. Michele, with her years of knowledge in property management, encouraged and helped start the 9 Mile Trolley Realty Property Management Division and has helped it grow into one of the number one Real Estate Property Management teams in Atlanta. Michele heads up operations and is an expert in her field of property management and is also an exceptional listing agent. Michele is highly motivated and results driven, always with her client’s best interest & bottom line in mind.
