    Our rental application can be found on the Available Rentals page.  We do require a credit score above 600, 3 times the month income, great rental history and no criminal history.  The application fee is $50 per adult.  We also require a copy of your drivers license and 3 months of paycheck stubs.

    Clogged drains or other maintenance issues in your loft? We are here to help.  Just fill out a maintenance request via your online tenant portal and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.  If you have an emergency, call 404-681-9304.

  • Prospective Tenants

    Thank you for you interest in 9 Mile Trolley Realty's properties. Our goal at 9 Mile Trolley Realty is to ensure you find a loft or condo you always wanted and enjoy the process. On average it will take between 24 - 48 hours to process your application. We look forward to having you as a tenant and providing you with a comfortable home to live in.
